Friendly and helpful staff, had perfect stay!!!
The double room was reasonably spacious, included a work desk, coffee/tea making machines, and a flat screen TV with cable channels. Garden view was a good bonus. The setting was GREAT, near the train station, Cinque Terre and restaurants. And it's at a walking distance from Osteria Delle Spezie, ate there once or twice.

We had clean a double room with comfortable linens and the most beautiful view, for example. Its location in La Spezia was marvellous, close enough to the nearest train station, Portovenere and Cinque Terre, and La Spezia...

The double room was nicely decorated and spacious with a balcony, even though it didn't look appealing in the photos.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony with a great view of the city. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, and I appreciated that they offered gluten-free options as well. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing information about parking, transportation, and even recommending a fantastic restaurant for dinner. The location of the hotel was perfect for me - secluded from the tourist areas, yet still close to downtown La Spezia and its restaurants and bars.
Couldn't fault anything.

My recent stay at Villa Patrizia was absolutely delightful. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home thanks to the warm reception I received. The rooms were impeccably clean and modern, equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the AC in the hot Italian summer and the electric kettle for a cozy cup of tea in the winter. The breakfast was a highlight, with delicious eggs and bacon cooked fresh and delivered hot to my room. Patrizia, the host, went above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic experience. I also loved the stunning view from my balcony and the convenient free parking for my car. The location was perfect for exploring Portovenere and Cinque Terre. I highly recommend Villa Patrizia to anyone visiting the area.
The only minor drawback was the need for a car to reach the central areas, as the location is not central.
